Emeril's Southwest Dry Rub

Recipe courtesy Emeril Lagasse, Food Network


3 Tbs chili powder
2 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs cayenne
1 Tbs ground cumin
1 Tbs ground coriander
1 Tbs granulated garlic
1 Tbs granulated onion
1 Tbs kosher salt
1 Tbs cracked black pepper


Combine all spices thoroughly.
